This quaint historic victorian home was built in 1900 and is a great example of simple architecture from the period. The Shutze Studio design team added dormers on the upper level and opened the floor plan, redesigning the spaces for modern living. The lath and plaster was removed to showcase the brick and juxtaposed with a modern design to reflect the eclectic taste of the homeowners. Shutze Studio designed and built many custom pieces of furniture for the home and used Redwood that was reclaimed during demolition for many custom pieces including the the living room feature wall.
